A Community of Volunteers for Bicycle Advocacy

How many community volunteers could a bicycle organization volunteer if a bicycle organization volunteers could volunteer community volunteers. This not for profit bicycle organization is a not for profit community volunteer organization dubbed the BicycleXchange –Community Built Bikes. Volunteers for the community earn rewards for their volunteer hours that are exchanged to build his, her, or their “Dream Bike.”
What does “volunteer” mean to you?
“We need more volunteers, and a volunteer rewards program offers an added incentive to increase volunteer participation and perpetuate their desire to improve their environment”
Paul Slater (Executive Director, board member)

“To Volunteer for the community is a selfless act to improve one’s environment”
Dorrie Krabec- Martin County Parks and Recreation (Secretary, board of directors)

To organize a community of volunteers will and does improve our environment and relations within
-link- Lions Club International.

If an environment of volunteers will improve us all then all it takes to reach out for more volunteers is an added incentive for the “on the line” “I don’t have time” volunteers

Hmmm…if I could have a dream bike what would it look like?…
